As a Texan smartass, meditation was not something I ever thought I’d do. But when it actually worked, I started teaching it. Absolutely everyone can do it. And everyone benefits.

I teach two types of mediation.

Vedic

An easy, powerful meditation technique using a mantra. Helps you release stress, feel more joy & unleash your full potential.

Mindfulness

A simple, effortless technique using the breath. It increases relaxation, and awareness of the present moment, non-judgmentally.
